Employee Journey Roundtable
During this interactive roundtable we will explore, through best practices, how to get to grips with the employee journey.
More and more companies are seeking answers to the question of how to address employee retention in a working world that is very different to what it was pre-pandemic. Employers are facing multiple challenges including pent-up turnover, unskilled labour, the cost-of-living crisis, inflation and austerity. These companies are now wanting to grasp an understanding of the employee journey – from joining to leaving – and are seeing an increased need for frequent, if not continuous employee listening to retain their employees.
Customer experience specialists Donna Hamilton and Kerry Freeman will explore:
• The benefits of employee listening throughout the employee journey
• The impact of engagement on internal and external measures
• Typical approaches to employee listening
• The benefits of joining up employee data across the employee journey
The event will take place as an online roundtable on Thursday 20th October 14.30 – 16.00
At the roundtable, the group will actively discuss the insights shared to help them address some key themes including living brand promises, recognising triggers in employee metrics, and addressing the increase in passive leavers.
Spaces are limited to 20 to ensure quality of conversation, so please RSVP to donna.hamilton@peachymondays.com by 18th October to secure your place.
